In Bihar, however, approximately 70% of the population resides in rural areas, with limited access to quality education. Additionally, nearly 50% of the population lives below the poverty line, making costly private education unattainable. While our nation celebrates milestones like reaching the moon, we must reflect on the literacy challenges still present in Bihar.
